“We often are set back in our world when we get to a place filled with so many doors which, when opened, are layered with bricked walls and the tools we use to break them down are of very poor quality. We end up spending so much time on the wasted effort of attempting to break them down and then we realise that we were failing not because we did not try hard enough, but instead because we were using the wrong tools to break them down. It is easy to be efficient and make do with what we were given but it could also be the biggest mistakes we will ever make only because we thought we were being efficient in using what others gave to us…
….moral of this story…. What works for one will not work for another. You will have to find or make your own tools to overcome your challenges. Yes, it is good to accept help but ask for it only after you have tried everything that YOU know to be the best for YOU. Love yourself by getting to know yourself. Become You and you have just made the first step to helping yourself feel and do better!” – Aarti
