“Again and Again and Again and Again…”

“So I was having a discussion with a Friend recently and we chatted about the current monotony of days we are experiencing in this locked down world. I told her that sometimes when I have a time-out to my own thoughts, it does momentarily feel like I am living a stuck-on-repeat “Groundhog Day” vibe. Then yesterday when I spoke to my Sister about routine, I realised that yes, I have actually created a routine very similar to a stuck-on-repeat kind of day. I don’t know whether this is bad or not but all I know is that it seems to be working and then on the odd day it feels like it is not…

So what can I do to make sure that I am not stuck in the monotony of Life…

Well, I go back to basics. I go back to the The Travelling Thought™, powered by Team G, 8 Step Programme. It was created to make sure that we have an overall great balance in our daily Life with a strong focus on our Emotional Strengthening.

As Mothers confined to the home space with the kiddos, Life is surely not easy to handle but we have to find a way that works for us and our children, whatever that may be and if it is something that works then hey…. I absolutely do not mind if I live that same day every day again and again and again and again… Do what works for You and Your Family!
