“Healing from Within… “

We all have good days and we all have bad days. We will only know what kind of day it is once it has been, at the end of it, when it is over. What I find helps with determining or suggesting the day I have, is always finding something to push me on and set my pace for the day and for the week. You could look at it as setting goals or tasks. I also look at it as refueling the mindset by making new plans and achieving something that perhaps we did not or could not do the week before.

But…Not every start of the week is bunny-hopping-motivating and inspiring to achieve active goals. There are some days which require more of a spiritual planning and for Me, this week, I move ahead with rest, relaxation and recovery on my weekly roster…

This week is Me taking care of Me first so that I have set a pace that will last for longer than just this week and as we start of our first day of Winter, I would like to take in the Delights of the world that we sometimes overlook, like basking in the sun on a cold winter’s day or a warm summer afternoon.
