“October…What bring Ye Forth?”

“October…What bring Ye Forth?”

by Aarti Govender, 05 October 2020

Wow! I cannot believe that we have made it back into some livable routine this October. Apart from the weather playing games as usual, I, Myself, could not foresee what Life would have been like this October. So much has gone on. So much has changed. So much has ended. So much has begun and through it all have we really begun to put our lives back into perspective? Have our goals changed? Have we started working towards them as yet? Have we attempted to make a positive difference in the new way we need to carry out ourselves and do things?

I have answered yes to all of those and it has made me awaken into the new day of refocusing and going back to the drawing board to create new masterpieces. Within the mind of The Travelling Thought has made me question everything about myself and my capabilities and abilities but I remain true to my focus on what I want to bring forth into this world. “I Love Living Life even though it proves itself to be difficult, daily!” and on that note, I would like to share my tools to refocus on attaining our goals.

I like to focus on the What / Why / How and Most Importantly, the Core of who I am and my Purpose on this beautiful Earth.

The “What”

What is my main goal at present? – “For Me it is the level of happiness we feel inside to live longer healthier with smiles, warmth, love and enjoying the pleasure of being alive.”

The “Why”

Why do I do what I do and why is it important to Me? – “I say…….Firstly, WHY NOT??? Why not take care of our emotional health so that we can perform in our duties of Life better.”

The “How”

“I will Repeat this……… SET GOALS!! SET GOALS!! SET GOALS!! be it hourly or daily or weekly or monthly or annually or Lifetime achievements! Focus on the goals. Reach the Goals. Do it as best as You can. Place your needs first!”

So there it is… My guide on finding the balance again to anything that has moved out of place. It may not be back to the perfect way we set it out to be but it could be or it could be even better than we did it before. Be strong. Be good. Do good and feel happy…and in the new norm of the land…..Be and Feel safe, Always.” – Aarti
