Mums, I just want to say that I hear and feel your stresses every day. We all go through it. I am yet to come across a Mum who has no stress. But if you are a Mum who has hectic days, find a way to find the time for relaxation and Me-Time. It is important for the entire family for you, Mum, to make the effort to relax. It helps. It works and it is very much needed. From painting to singing to sketching to crafting almost anything to cooking or baking and even just resting… Your relaxation time is needed. So before you want to leave the kids at home and runaway from home for the day…. Just Be strong and commit to doing that one thing for yourself for the day and take and make the time to relax in whatever way suits you best.
