“We often find ourselves needing more of this and that in the day and we sometimes do not get the chance to have our own ‘Me-Time’ or ‘Self-Time’ moments.
Although Life is busy and keeping us on our toes, I have always and still “Make Time for Tea”. This gives me a moment in my day where I do something specifically for myself and I purposefully allow this precious time to reflect on my inner being which makes me a little more confident in defining who I am and understanding myself better at each tea-break.
I find this to be a very important and resourceful tool to keep in my ‘Bag of Life’ as I say…and I also find it so easy to take out this tool to utilise in my day when the challenging steps get rough and tough.
Many people find their moments in other ways such as excessive smoking or alcohol intake that sometimes can be harsh or harmful to the physical being which then has the chain reaction of negatives to the emotional being thus making it difficult to work through our existing challenges that is already on our plate.
My Inspiration for this week is to ask you to exchange your current Me-Time moment into a “Make Time for Tea” moment that will enhance your ability to consciously make a more valuable effort in your overall well-being.
