Be, Feel and Stay Healthy

Unleash your Strengths!

“Most of what we do these days is based on rectifying everything else we have done wrong. What if we spent our future time, our future minute, our future hour, our future day, our future month and future on things that value our strength. Why can’t we just focus on our strengths and ensure that our future time is worth more than just rectifying mistakes. We place too much of valuable time trying to make the wrongs right whereas we could spend our time doing the right things going forward and therefore leaving no space for the wrong to even happen…..

So I say go on, unleash your strengths! Make it count from this day forward and ensure that it stays that way. Have a fabulous week ahead! Be, Feel and Stay Well, Always!” – Aarti

  1. Hey,

Great to see you posting again.

Thank you for sharing. Great message. Very motivating. What’s the inspiration?

Perhaps one day we could actually chat about it more.

You are very right in your message, however there are other dimensions to this. Understanding our actions and what caused them allows us to never repeat the same cycles repeatedly. In so doing we can focus more on self improvement instead of healing from continually harming others and ourselves. We can then be free to fully reach out full potential and be who we were meant to be.

Of the path to everlasting recovery is shortened or bypassed, relapse and defeat is inevitable. It’s a journey that we should only be taken once, not repeatedly because we’ve not followed through. To understand what we’ve done to ourselves and others, take responsibility and accountability and make it right for everyone.

That’s when true strength and courage is shown.

All the very best with motivating your clients and achieving lasting results.

    Your biggest fan.

    1. Thank you for the comment Deneshen. I do not post because there is inspiration behind a message. I post because so many people have the very same struggles of always having to change to suit others. At some point, that has to stop. I post because we are all human. We learn every day. Some are lucky enough to find strength to move on while others are stuck because the gun to their head has not been put down. I post because maybe the motivation will inspire others that there will be a time where the arm that is holding that gun will eventually tire and can only move down. For those like us, we will patiently await but it does not mean that we cannot unleash our strengths while we trying to live the little of life we have left.

  2. So sorry that you had to use a poor quality picture. I’m sure that their is much imperfect about it. I’m not a professional.
